INTRODUCTION

Viral Groww, got the project of developing an E-commerce website for a trading company that deals in a variety of products in the toy industry for children- Toy Stry. Our team got a very short time-frame to design and develop the whole website and deliver it to the client in just a week.

To get the website delivered in less than 7 days to the clients we followed these steps – 

  • Step 1 – Foundations – We made the gloomap of the requirement and layout that was required by the client. This gloomap helps us to easily edit the templates and make it as per the requirement from the 1st day onwards.
  • Step 2 – Setting up assets – We setup all the required assets for the website like
    • SSL Certificated
    • Email ID
    • Payment Gateway – PayU
    • Logo & Banners for the website.
  • Step 3 – Development of E-Commerce Website – Our team started the development of the website with the given information. We used WooCommerce & a few other plugins that are required to setup the whole system for the client.
  • Step 4 – Beta Testing – Our internal team developers performed the beta testing for the website and rectified all the operational errors. Then the website was given to the client for review.
  • Step 5 – Documentation & Delivery – Our team has provided all the instructions on how to use the admin panel for
    • Product upload
    • Payment gateway – orders/cancellation/refund
    • Banner changes and other things that were required for the smooth functioning of the website in the longer run.
