5. Continual Optimization & Funnel Metrics Discipline

  • Tracked full-funnel metrics daily: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, creative fatigue, repeat customer rate, retention LTV.
  • Weekly creative refreshes (new angles, bundles, hooks) kept ad fatigue low.
  • Monthly retention + retention-cost analysis to ensure lifetime value (LTV) & repeat purchases were rising, not just one-time spikes.
